You can't run from any battles until the fight against Yuan and Botta in the Renegade Base. Let's talk about what we need to do specifically to unlock these titles. By the end of this, the only people missing titles should be Genis, Presea, and Regal. Several characters have a Level 100 title (see below), but there are titles for completing the Monster List and Collector's Book that will unlock here as well. During this Playthrough we should unlock the final trophies for several characters (but not all). Kratos isn't the only one missing titles. This involves being nice to him throughout the game, and viewing some content that we ignored in the first two playthroughs. We need this to happen in order to unlock the vast majority of his titles.
Meeting with Kratos during the Flanoir Doctor Scene gives us a Key Item we are missing, and permanently adds him to the party, removing Zelos.
